This may be the most important of the three areas because hopefully everyone will share troubleshooting tips they have discovered, as well as, helpful tips, useful information, and maybe even "Don't Do...." warnings.

Enough already!! So your laptop is running slow, crashing, Blah!, Blah!, Blah! Clean it up. Disk Cleanup ? I'm waiting for it to become the latest alien abductee. Let's talk about Ace Utilities. We will hold a technology class next week about Ace Utilities one of only two programs I ever thought enough of to pay for.
